Comfortable Living, Close to Campus - Your Home Away from Home:
Each unit is thoughtfully designed and fully furnished, featuring three spacious bedrooms, three private bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchenette with a stove/oven and fridge, and a comfortable living area perfect for both relaxation and study.
Enjoy private accommodations at an affordable rate: $500 per month for an individual room with a private bathroom and shared living space. For those seeking more privacy and comfort, a full unit is available for $1500 per month, offering complete access to all amenities.
Included with your housing: Water, Electricity, Internet, Gas, and Garbage services - all at no additional cost.
Enjoy the convenience of free on-campus laundry, 24/7 campus safety, and a dedicated, professional live-in staff. Plus, take advantage of a variety of engaging on-campus activities designed to enrich your student experience.
On-campus housing is available to full-time students enrolled in a graduate program. A spouse (pending a completed background check) may also reside on campus with the student, provided they are renting a full unit.
